    Online education presents limitations and opportunities that can be recognised, mitigated, built upon, and used to take advantage of their positive aspects in view of present and future needs. The ENLIVEN project aims to develop foundations for an innovative international digital learning environment to support virtual mobility.     The ENLIVEN project develops Open Educational Resources to provide basic digital competencies for e-learning, advanced tools and methods to teachers and learners,  educate to a responsible online behaviour, make aware of multilinguism, diversity and inclusion principles and the foundations of European culture. Available courses

The ENLIVEN Project Survival Kit provides support for the use of basic digital methods and tools in response to emerging needs in today's learning and teaching context. The Survival Kit is available in the following languages: English, Estonian, German, Italian, Portuguese, Serbian.

This course covers the main tools for communication, collaboration and engagement, starting from basic collaborative tools as those offered in the Microsoft Office suite, to interactive polling tools and online whiteboards.

This module deals with the working process and the aspects that influence the creation of a good podcast: from finding interesting topics, collecting material and ideas, to the evaluation of the result. Technical aspects are also covered: technical equipment, the use of Audacity for recording, the creation, editing, and mixing of sounds.

Focused on enhancing the digital competences and skills of all university community, this course encourages the knowledge, exploration, and use of an LMS full potential. It presents the specificities of LMS-based teaching and features a tutorial on the use of Moodle for implementing an effective course.

The sudden shift towards online tools and application caused by the Covid-19 pandemics was not supported by basic guidelines on individual conducts, as well as a clear indication of the risks that may occur. The webinars included in this ENLIVEN course fill the gap and address the crucial aspect of students’ and teachers’ lives online, from the protection of personal data, also as regards scientific research, to the multilingual framework provided in academia.

A progressive set of course modules for teachers and learners to be able to exploit the full potential of virtual learning.


The focus of the modules is on interactive experiences and a student exchange across national barriers. It addresses students from EU member states, but also from third countries. The aim is to allow students a new and reflected approach to European peculiarities, the European political system, European identity and European values.
